Our Little Secret is a by-the-numbers holiday rom-com with a mildly amusing premise — exes forced together at Christmas — but executes it with predictable beats and formulaic storytelling. Lindsay Lohan's return to the genre generates some warmth and charm, elevating the acting above the generic script, but the film offers little in the way of visual distinction or cinematic ambition. The novelty of the setup wears thin quickly as it follows well-worn romantic comedy conventions. The ending resolves exactly as expected with no real surprises, and the cinematography is flat and functional, typical of streaming holiday fare.
