When two American girls on a bike trip in a remote part of Argentina split up and one of them goes missing, the other must find her before her worst fears are realized.
A fairly generic thriller remake that follows predictable genre beats without adding much to the form. The Argentine setting provides some visual interest and atmosphere, lifting cinematography slightly above average, but the plot is formulaic and telegraphed, the acting serviceable at best, and the ending offers few surprises. As a remake of the 1970 British film, it adds little novelty and feels derivative throughout.
