Gary, who has just married Samantha, the woman of his dreams, discovers that her six-year-old son may be the Antichrist.
Little Evil is a horror-comedy riff on The Omen that leans heavily on familiar genre parody beats without adding much fresh to the concept. The plot is predictable and derivative, mining well-worn Antichrist territory for modest laughs. The acting is serviceable with Adam Scott doing competent work in the lead, but nothing stands out. Cinematographically it's a straightforward Netflix production with no distinctive visual flair. The concept of parodying demonic-child horror is far from novel, and the ending resolves in an expected, uninspired fashion. A watchable but largely forgettable genre spoof.
