Cinematography is functional and workmanlike — competent but unremarkable, relying on standard procedural visual grammar without distinctive flair. Novelty is moderate: the subject matter is important and the film handles it earnestly, but the whistleblower/investigator procedural template is well-worn. The ending, while historically grounded, lands with a muted, sobering impact rather than dramatic resolution, which suits the material but may leave audiences wanting more catharsis.
