Don't Listen is a competent but largely formulaic Spanish supernatural horror film that hits familiar haunted house beats — grieving family, demonic presence, paranormal investigator called in — without distinguishing itself meaningfully from genre predecessors. The plot borrows heavily from well-worn possession and haunted house tropes, and the ending resolves in a predictable, unsatisfying fashion. Acting is serviceable and carries emotional weight in places, particularly around the family tragedy. Cinematography is solid with decent atmosphere but nothing visually distinctive. Novelty is low given how closely it tracks established templates.
