Nurse 3-D is a knowingly campy sexploitation thriller that leans hard into its grindhouse aesthetic. The plot is thin and derivative of femme fatale revenge narratives, offering little beyond its provocative premise. Acting is broadly functional at best, with Paz de la Huerta delivering an intentionally deadpan, stylized performance that divides opinion. The cinematography benefits from deliberate visual flair and neon-drenched, glossy 3D staging that gives it a trashy B-movie polish above its station. Its novelty lies in its unapologetic, self-aware sexploitation tone that sets it apart from generic horror, though it hardly reinvents anything. The ending fizzles into predictable genre territory without satisfying payoff.
