Delicacy is a gentle, understated French romantic drama with charming performances, particularly from Audrey Tautou, but follows a fairly predictable grief-to-romance arc. The cinematography is pleasant but unremarkable for a Parisian setting. The Swedish co-worker dynamic adds mild quirk but not enough to lift the novelty score significantly.
