Eddie and Venom are on the run. Hunted by both of their worlds and with the net closing in, the duo are forced into a devastating decision that will bring the curtains down on Venom and Eddie's last dance.

The Quartile Take

Venom: The Last Dance is a mostly formulaic superhero conclusion that leans heavily on the franchise's buddy-comedy dynamic without bringing much new to the table. The plot is thin and predictable, with a generic alien threat (Knull) and a road-trip structure that meanders before a rushed finale. Hardy's dual performance remains the film's main draw, though the material doesn't push him far. Cinematography is serviceable with decent action staging and some visually interesting alien designs. Novelty is low — it's a by-the-numbers sequel that recycles the odd-couple dynamic without reinventing it. The ending, while emotionally functional as a franchise send-off, feels abrupt and somewhat unsatisfying given the buildup.
