Following the events of “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 1,” Baby Groot is finally ready to try taking his first steps out of his pot—only to learn you have to walk before you can run.
A short-form MCU animated piece built around a single gag — Baby Groot learning to walk. The concept is charming but paper-thin, offering little narrative depth or originality beyond its cute premise. Animation is competent and visually appealing for a short, but nothing groundbreaking. Acting/voice work is minimal given Groot's limited vocabulary. As a supplementary MCU short it's entertaining but formulaic and entirely disposable, riding on pre-existing character affection rather than any distinctive craft.
