It offers genuinely warm moments from McGregor and Christensen reflecting on their return to iconic roles, giving it some emotional resonance in the interview segments. However, as a documentary it follows a fairly formulaic behind-the-scenes template common to Star Wars promotional content, with no particularly inventive filmmaking or structural approach. The cinematography is competent but unremarkable for the genre. Novelty is low given how many similar Star Wars making-of pieces exist. The ending wraps up predictably without much insight beyond standard cast appreciation.
