A bank-robbing gang of misfits heads to Mexico with the blueprints for the perfect million-dollar heist, but when one of the crooks wanders into the wrong bar, the thieving cohorts develop a thirst for blood.
A straight-to-video sequel that recycles the original's vampire-meets-crime-genre formula without the style or wit that made the first film work. The plot is thin and predictable, the acting is serviceable at best with a forgettable cast, the cinematography is flat and cheaply shot with little visual flair, and the ending offers no surprises or satisfying payoff. Novelty is low as it simply retreads the Titty Twister concept without adding anything fresh to the mythology or genre blend. A thoroughly average DTV horror-crime effort that earns its modest reputation.
