While the gang travel to Scotland to visit Daphne's cousin and witness the annual Highland Games, they find themselves terrorized by the legendary Loch Ness Monster.
A serviceable but formulaic entry in the Scooby-Doo direct-to-video line. The Scottish setting and Highland Games backdrop add mild flavor, but the mystery follows the well-worn Scooby template with little deviation. Voice acting is competent for the format, animation is standard TV-level quality, and the Loch Ness hook is fun but not particularly inventive. The ending unmasking lands with modest satisfaction but no real surprise. Solid for young fans of the franchise, but unremarkable by most other measures.
