A female executive and a night janitor conspire to commit a daring diamond heist from their mutual employer, The London Diamond Corporation.

The Quartile Take

Flawless is a quietly effective heist thriller elevated significantly by its two lead performances — Michael Caine and Demi Moore share an unusual, understated chemistry that carries the film well beyond its modest ambitions. The plot is competent and reasonably well-constructed, with a clever enough twist on the heist formula set in 1960s London, but it never transcends its genre conventions enough to feel truly distinctive. The cinematography is functional and period-appropriate without being visually striking. The novelty is limited — the jewel heist premise is well-worn territory, and while the corporate gender-politics angle adds mild texture, it doesn't reinvent anything. The ending offers a satisfying if not surprising resolution, leaning on a retrospective framing device that works well enough.
