The continuing adventures of the Portokalos family. A follow-up to the 2002 comedy, "My Big Fat Greek Wedding."
A largely unnecessary sequel that rehashes the same family dynamics and Greek cultural humor from the original without adding anything fresh. The plot retreads familiar ground with little new insight, and the novelty is essentially zero — it's a formulaic continuation that recycles the same jokes and beats. The ensemble cast brings some charm and warmth, which keeps the acting score respectable, but the cinematography is unremarkable TV-level work. The ending wraps things up predictably, offering no surprises.
