On a mission deep in the Bolivian jungle, a team of elite commandos finds itself on the receiving end of a lethal betrayal. Now presumed dead, the men join forces with a mysterious operative named Aisha to hunt down their enemy and even the score.
The Losers is a competent but formulaic action-adventure that follows a well-worn betrayed-operatives-seeking-revenge template. The ensemble cast brings reasonable energy and chemistry, particularly Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Zoe Saldana, elevating what is otherwise a paint-by-numbers script. Visually it's serviceable with some stylized comic-book framing nods, but nothing distinctive. The film struggles to stand out in a crowded genre, and the ending resolves too neatly without real consequence or surprise, leaving little lasting impression.
