Following the defeat of Majin Buu, Son Goku and friends travel to Mr. Satan's newly-opened hotel for an all-you-can-eat banquet, when they are paid a visit by Vegeta's younger brother Tarble. They are informed by Tarble that the terrible brother duo of Abo and Cado have terrorized his planet and are on their way to Earth.
A short TV special that functions as a light, fan-service reunion piece after the Majin Buu arc. The plot is paper-thin — a low-stakes comedy brawl with forgettable villains Abo and Cado — and the ending resolves anticlimactically with little tension. The animation is competent and energetic for its era but not particularly distinguished. Novelty is low: the formula of new threat arrives, heroes power up, problem solved is standard Dragon Ball filler. Acting (Japanese VA) carries the charm of the beloved cast, bumping that category slightly above average. Overall a passable but unremarkable addition to the franchise.
