Mike Fallon, the Accident Man, is a stone cold killer. When a loved one is murdered by his own crew, Fallon is forced to avenge the one person who actually meant something to him.
Accident Man is a modestly entertaining B-action film based on a British comic strip, with Scott Adkins delivering solid physical work but limited dramatic range. The plot is a fairly standard revenge thriller with predictable beats and little narrative surprise. Cinematography is functional but unremarkable, typical of lower-budget action productions. Its novelty comes from its comic-book British underworld aesthetic and the quirky ensemble of assassins, which gives it a somewhat distinctive flavor even if the execution is uneven. The ending resolves things competently but without much emotional payoff.
