Quartile rating: 6/10 · 1 rating
Former childhood pals Leo and Nikki are attracted to each other as adults—but will their feuding parents' rival pizzerias put a chill on their sizzling romance?
Little Italy is a formulaic romantic comedy that hits every expected beat without surprise or distinction. The rival-families premise echoes countless rom-coms and even Romeo and Juliet lite adaptations, offering nothing fresh in conception or execution. The acting is competent but unremarkable from its ensemble, the cinematography is serviceable TV-movie level, and the ending resolves exactly as expected. A pleasant but wholly generic entry in the genre with no standout category to elevate it above average.
