The Jackass crew, along with some newcomers, returns for one more round of hilarious, absurd, and dangerous stunts.
Jackass Forever is exactly what it promises: a gleeful, anarchic parade of painful and absurd stunts from the veteran crew plus new blood. Plot is essentially nonexistent by design — there's no narrative arc, just a loose anthology of set pieces, earning a 1 on pure storytelling merit. Acting is irrelevant in the traditional sense but the cast's charisma and genuine camaraderie elevate the performances beyond pure documentary capture. Cinematography is surprisingly competent, with multi-angle high-speed capture of stunts showing real craft and some genuinely inventive shot compositions. Novelty is low — this is the fourth theatrical Jackass film and largely recycles the same formula, with only modest freshness from the new cast members. The ending, however, delivers a warm and emotionally resonant send-off that acknowledges the crew's age and legacy, giving it more heart than expected for a stunt comedy.
