Johnny Knoxville of 'Jackass' releases unused material of stunts, tricks, antics and shenanigans shot during the production of 'Jackass 3D' that didn't make it into the film, as well as the hilarious outtakes.
Jackass 3.5 is essentially a compilation of leftover footage from Jackass 3D — stunts and pranks that didn't make the final cut, plus outtakes. As such, it has no real plot structure (1), minimal acting beyond the cast's usual anarchic personas, competent but unspectacular multi-camera documentary shooting, low novelty as a direct offcut of an existing film rather than a standalone creative work, and no meaningful ending to speak of. It delivers laughs for fans of the franchise but is openly and unapologetically a B-sides release rather than a full cinematic effort.
