A competently assembled animated feature edited from a web series, Deathstroke: Knights & Dragons offers solid voice acting and a serviceable revenge/family-stakes narrative centered on Slade Wilson. The plot is fairly formulaic—anti-hero tries to save his family from a shadowy organization—hitting familiar beats without much surprise. The animation is functional but not visually distinctive, with limited budget evident in the action sequences. Novelty is low as it treads well-worn superhero anti-hero ground without a distinctive voice or conception. The ending provides adequate closure for the story told, though not particularly memorable.
