A fun, energetic expansion of the TV series that delivers on its premise of alternate dimensions and secret-agent platypus revelations. The plot is engaging for the franchise's fanbase, smartly incorporating the emotional weight of Phineas discovering Perry's double life, which gives it more stakes than a typical episode. Acting/voice work is solid and consistent with the show. Cinematography is TV-movie level — competent but not cinematic. Novelty is decent within the animated family space, as the show's irreverent humor and self-aware tone remain distinctive, though it doesn't dramatically transcend its TV origins. The ending handles the emotional reset (memory wipe) in a bittersweet but satisfying way.
