Blair, a waitress in the kingdom of Gardania, realises that she strongly resembles the region's missing queen. She then gets to go to Princess Charm School and causes problems for the teacher.
A fairly standard direct-to-video Barbie animated feature following a well-worn Cinderella-style 'commoner discovers royal identity' premise. The plot is predictable and formulaic for the franchise, voice acting is competent but unremarkable, the CGI animation is polished for its budget but generic, and the story offers little that distinguishes it from other entries in the Barbie series. The ending resolves neatly and safely with no surprises. A decent entry for its target audience but average across all measured dimensions.
