Seven days before his wedding, a man must contend with a series of never-ending disasters.
A fairly formulaic British comedy built on escalating disaster-comedy tropes with the harried protagonist suffering one humiliation after another before his wedding. The premise is well-worn and execution is serviceable rather than inspired. Acting carries the material adequately, with decent comic timing from the leads, but nothing transcendent. Cinematography is functional TV-movie level. Novelty is low given how thoroughly the 'week of disasters before a wedding' setup has been done. The ending resolves things satisfactorily within genre expectations.
