Quartile rating: 6/10 · 1 rating
Seven thirty-something friends organise a post-grad trip they were never able to take after school. They find new adventures on a Greek island, and show that true maturity is never really achieved.
A fairly standard mid-life comedy premise about aging friends rekindling youth on a Greek getaway. The plot follows predictable beats of nostalgia, misadventure, and half-hearted reconciliation without subverting the genre. Acting is serviceable but unremarkable. The Greek island setting provides some visual appeal lifting cinematography slightly above average. Novelty is low as the concept of thirty-somethings reliving their youth is well-trodden territory. The ending resolves predictably without much emotional punch.
