The story of the life of Domino Harvey, who abandoned her career as a Ford model to become a bounty hunter.
Tony Scott's Domino is a hyper-stylized, visually chaotic film that prioritizes aesthetic frenzy over coherent storytelling. The cinematography is genuinely exceptional — Scott's fragmented editing, desaturated palette, and kinetic camera work are among his most extreme and distinctive. The acting is serviceable, with Keira Knightley committed to the role and Mickey Rourke bringing gruff charisma. However, the plot is a convoluted mess that sacrifices clarity for attitude, making it difficult to follow or care about. The ending deflates rather than lands with impact. As a piece of filmmaking craft it has real moments, but as a narrative experience it largely fails.
