A transfer student at a rough high school tries joining the cheer-leading squad and finds that she not only has to face off against the head cheerleader, but also against her former school in preparation for a cheer-off competition.
Bring It On: All or Nothing is a formulaic direct-to-video sequel that recycles the fish-out-of-water transfer student premise and the rival squad competition structure from the original. The plot is predictable and by-the-numbers, hitting every expected beat without surprise. Acting is serviceable but unremarkable, with Hayden Panettiere providing an energetic lead performance that keeps things watchable. Cinematography is functional TV-movie level work with nothing distinctive. Novelty is low as it essentially retraces the original's footsteps with a new setting. The ending cheer-off provides some satisfying genre payoff which edges it slightly above average for that category.
